Lash And Glow LLC is a full-service beauty salon founded on passion, growth, and a deep love for enhancing natural beauty. We bring years of hands-on experience in lash extensions, spray tanning, and bridal and special event makeup as well as a specialized lash learning program that uplifts and teaches aspiring lash artists. What began as a humble business in my mother’s home has flourished into a professional salon where we now offer a wide range of beauty services. At Lash And Glow, our mission has always been to create a welcoming space where every client feels loved, confident, and beautiful. Rachel Anderson (owner)

Hello! I’m Rachel Anderson, a certified lash and spray tan artist and founder of Lash And Glow. After trying lash extensions, I fell in love! I started my business at 16, taking clients in my spare time. With over 3 years of experience, I enjoy making others look great and teaching aspiring lash techs. When not working in the salon, I assist a wonderful teenage girl with Fox-g1 syndrome. My significant other and I live in Osceola WI. with our ducks and our dog Toby.

why I teach

As a kid and a young teen I always enjoyed public speaking. Id like to think I am the loudest in the room. So I knew I wanted to make it my ministry. In today's age it is difficult and expensive to educate yourself, especially because working and schooling usually have to go hand in hand, which can be draining and stressful. When I got certified to do lashes I took an online course at my kitchen table, which only allowed me minimal education and 0 hands on time besides by myself with models and low priced services. I had to teach myself ALL of it. Since I am able to hold classes it gives other women a chance to learn a skill and build a career hands on and cost effectively. lashing is a skill that you can have as long as you have two mobile hands, It is also a flexible career especially if you own your own business. I thought hard about my future adult life when I chose my career because I would like to hold motherhood and wife-hood at a high priority in my life. I want to be there for my kids, my partner and myself. I want to go on vacation and take days to recharge, which is what my exact career has aloud me to do.
